1. Eligibility and account ownership
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep account credentials confidential. The individual or organization that creates an account is responsible for all activity performed through that account, including activity performed by invited members, administrators, and any other authorized users.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Hookioz only for lawful webhook ingestion, routing, replay, monitoring, and related operational workflows. You may not use the service to distribute malicious code, interfere with third-party systems, bypass technical controls, exceed permitted usage limits, or process data that you are not authorized to submit, transmit, or manage.
3. Service scope
Hookioz provides hosted tooling for webhook operations, including ingest endpoints, dispatch orchestration, replay workflows, dashboards, event inspection, and organization-scoped access control. Features, usage thresholds, and retention limits may vary by plan, product configuration, and published product limits.
4. Billing and plan changes
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown in the product unless canceled or changed in accordance with the applicable billing settings. Upgrades, downgrades, overage charges, and payment method requirements are governed by the pricing and billing configuration presented at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions, account suspension, or service termination.
5. Data handling and retention
You control the webhook payloads, headers, metadata, and destination settings submitted to Hookioz. Retention windows, redaction behavior, and operational logs may vary by plan and configuration. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to the service is lawful to process and consistent with your regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance obligations.
6. Availability and limitations
Hookioz is provided on an as-available and commercially reasonable basis. Although we aim to operate the service reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility with external systems, or recovery from failures caused by third-party providers, internet conditions, destination-side errors, customer misconfiguration, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations. You may stop using the service at any time. Suspension or termination does not relieve the account owner of responsibility for fees, obligations, or activity incurred before the effective date of termination.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated terms become effective when published with a new effective date unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Hookioz after publication of updated terms may require renewed acceptance in the product.
